1、 Detection principle
The working principle of TC-BDG1000 handheld high-temperature dust detector is mainly based on the principle of microcomputer laser. When light shines on suspended particles in the air, scattered light is generated. Under certain conditions of particle properties, the scattered light intensity of particles is proportional to their mass concentration. By measuring the scattered light intensity and applying the mass concentration conversion coefficient value, the mass concentration of particles can be obtained. The characteristic of this instrument is that it has no selectivity for dust particle size in high temperature environments. This instrument is suitable for monitoring smoke and dust emissions from various power generation boilers, industrial kilns, industrial boilers, as well as monitoring and controlling flue gas desulfurization and dust removal projects in enterprises such as thermal power generation, steel metallurgy, petrochemical industry, cement production, pottery making, and waste incineration.
